Eaddy G. Osteen, student – July 24, 2021

Eaddy G. Osteen, 19, passed away on Saturday, July 24. She was a sophomore construction science and management major from Manning, South Carolina. She was also a member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority chapter at Clemson.

“Eaddy was a valuable member of the Clemson Family, and we are deeply saddened by her tragic passing,” said Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students Chris Miller. “Our hearts go out to her family and friends during this difficult time.”

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 29, in Bubba Davis Gymnasium at Laurence Manning Academy. View the full obituary here.

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is providing grief counseling to students. Any student who wants to speak to a counselor should contact CAPS at 864-656-2451. Counseling services are also available to faculty and staff through Deer Oaks, the University’s Employee Assistance Program provider, at 866-327-2400.
