John Orin Patterson, 19, died Oct. 20, 2018. He was a freshman environmental and natural resources major from Laurens.
“John had a bright and promising future ahead of him,” said Associate Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students L. Christopher Miller. “We are heartbroken at this loss.”
Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is providing grief counseling. Students who want to speak to a counselor should contact CAPS at 864-656-2451.
