Dr. E. Leslie Williams Jr., 48, of Seneca, died July 10, 2014. A 15-year veteran of Clemson, Williams was an associate professor of Japanese and director of the Language and International Trade program.

Williams is survived by his wife, son, two daughters, family and friends.

The family will receive visitors today (July 13) from 6-8 p.m. at Davenport Funeral Home in West Union.

A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at 5003 Wells Hwy. in Seneca.

Tribute scheduled

A tribute to Professor Leslie Williams who passed away on July 10, 2014, will take place from 5-7 p.m. Sept. 18 at the Hendrix Center, McKissick Theater. Faculty, staff and students are welcomed to attend.
