Sandra “Sandy” Bolt Elgin, 56, of Anderson, died Monday, Oct. 28, at her home. Elgin was as an administrative assistant in the School of Architecture. She had worked at Clemson for more than 36 years.
Elgin was a 1975 graduate of Westside High School and a graduate of Tri-County Technical College. She is survived by her husband, Stanley Elgin.
The family will receive friends at McDougald Funeral Home, 221 North Main Street, Anderson, from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 30.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, at the chapel of McDougald Funeral Home. Interment will follow at New Prospect Baptist Church cemetery in Anderson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cancer Association of Anderson, 215 East Calhoun Street, Anderson, SC 29621.
