Wilma B. Howard, 83, of Batesville-Leesburg, died Aug. 16, 2015. She was a program assistant-EFNEP for Lexington County Extension, who retired in 1993, after 19 years of service.
She is survived by three children, family and friends.
A funeral service was held August 18.
