I’m currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow jointly appointed by the Media Forensics Hub and the Department of Marketing. My research focuses on the intersection of misinformation and consumer behavior, bringing a unique marketing perspective to the study of misinformation dissemination and engagement. In addition to studying misinformation, I’m also interested in AI and other emerging technologies (AR, VR, tec.), and how these technologies affect consumer decision-making.
Prior to joining Clemson University, I earned my Ph.D. in Marketing (2023) from Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand. My research primarily employs experimental methods to explore the causal mechanisms of human decision-making and psychology across different domains. I have published in journals including the Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Research, International Journal of Research in Marketing, European Journal of Marketing, and Tourism Management, among others. My contributions to the field extend beyond research; I have served as a Guest Editor and member of Editorial Review Boards for multiple peer-reviewed journals.
Outside of the lab, I’m a big-time foodie – I enjoy going on adventures to experience great food and new recipes. I also love spending quality time on traveling, meeting new people, watching movies, boxing, reading, and spending time with my pets.

I’m currently an assistant professor of marketing. My research focuses on social dynamics (e.g., intraorganizational social networks) in sales and sales management, and how these factors effect performance and turnover. I have experience consulting for large-, mid-, and small-sized companies using a wide-variety of data analysis methods. Previously, I was employed as an Assistant Professor at Washington State University and assisted their Marketing Department with developing the WSU Sales Program on their main campus in Pullman, Washington.
In my free time, I enjoy taking photos, hiking, and reading. I also own a photography company, Framing Traditions Photography, which displays photos of the Florida State University campus.
Prior to academia, I worked as an account manager for MotionPoint Corporation. I was responsible for managing the relationships of strategic international clients. This included organizing meetings, developing account strategy plans, researching industry needs, and understanding the international goals of rapidly expanding companies.
