As a Global Graduate at BSH, Chloe will have the exciting opportunity to rotate across three different departments within Human Resources during her first year with the company. Her initial rotation will be at the headquarters in Munich, Germany, where she will be a valuable part of the Global Human Resources – Transformation and Leadership team. In this role, Chloe has been actively conducting in-depth research on leadership topics and has successfully developed a comprehensive blueprint for translating and visualizing this research into essential leadership requirements for leaders at BSH.
Chloe will relocate to one of BSH’s esteemed German factories in Giengen, Germany, for her next rotation. During this assignment, she will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Learning Campus initiative, focusing on global and local learning opportunities within the company. This experience will further expand Chloe’s knowledge and understanding of human resources strategies and their effect on overall organizational growth and success.
In her final rotation, Chloe will have the opportunity to broaden her horizons even further by moving to another location in Europe. This rotation will expose her to another facet of the Human Resources field, allowing her to gain a comprehensive view of various HR practices and challenges across different regions. Upon completing this rotation, Chloe will return to Munich at the program’s conclusion to commence her full-time role within the Global Human Resources department.
