Leigh Herran, a Ph.D. student of Dr. Yong Huang, has been selected to receive the prestigious 2010 National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship (GRF), a three-year fellowship to support her Ph.D. study. This selection was based on her outstanding abilities and accomplishments, as well as her potential to contribute to strengthening the vitality of the U.S. science and engineering enterprise. Her research topic will be on biofabrication of cellular microspheroids for organ printing. Congratulations to Leigh!
