The membership drive for 2025-2026 is now open.
Membership fees for first-time members of SCACAA are waived. Dues for returning members are based on the renewal date.
Early Bird Rate (through October 19) – $100
Regular Rate (October 20 – November 14) – $125
Late Fee Rate (November 15 – December 12) – $150
The first $50.00 of each membership will be sent to the NACAA. As a national member, you can participate in numerous professional development programs and apply for awards. No registrations will be accepted after December 12, 2026.
SCACAA membership is open to all County Extension Agents, State Extension Specialists, and State Extension Administrators who work in agriculture, horticulture, forestry and natural resources, 4-H youth development, community development, administration, aquaculture and Sea Grant, and related disciplines.

Just to remind everyone of the current policies on joining associations:
Revenue and gift funds are an acceptable source for payment of membership dues, with prior approval from your District Director or supervisor.
Consider giving to the SCACAA Foundation through the Payroll Deduction!
- Each paycheck, you can give directly to our SCACAA Foundation Account by filling out the Payroll Deduction Form, totaling 24 deductions a year.

- For example, if you deduct $1 from your paycheck, you will give $24 by the end of the year directly to SCACAA. These gift designations also count towards your annual giving with the Clemson University Foundation, and they will send you a special treat in the mail.
- Whether it is $1, $5, or $10, your support helps SCACAA with our annual conference, travel support, and other opportunities that we provide our members.
