Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup cucumber grated, and moisture squeezed out
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt non-fat
  • 1 TBSP lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • ½ TBSP olive oil extra virgin
  • ¼ tsp salt kosher
  • 1 TBSP dill fresh, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Shred the cucumber and squeeze out the excess moisture.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, cucumber, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and garlic. Combine and chill until ready to serve!
