SUMMER and FALL JOB OPPORTUNITIES: Apply to become a CECAS Tutor 

Retain the information you learned in your engineering and computing coursework while making money and helping other students.  The best way to re-enforce what you know is to explain it to someone else.

PEER/WISE is seeking tutors for Summer and Fall terms.  We offer competitive pay rates and a flexible schedule and since tutoring is on campus you don’t lose any time driving to work.

Our staff will support you every step of the way.  We will provide proven tips and tricks on how to run a successful tutoring session.  You will also have a network of returning tutors who can help you navigate the unknowns, as well as, a tutoring coordinator who will check-in regularly to answer any of your questions.

The application process is easy.  Review the requirements below.  If you qualify, complete an application by April 24, 2020.

Qualifications:

• Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or Graduate student
• Good academic standing
• Earned “A” or “B” in the course(s) you would like to tutor
• Students must be available to work in the a few nights a week between Sunday and Thursday from 7pm-10pm.

 

Application Process:

Complete the application and provide two letters of recommendation (at least one from a faculty member in your major).
