On Thursday afternoon, the Fightin’ Tiger Battalion completed Tactics 2A Lab. Initially, ML4s walked underclassmen through the possible enemy weapons that could be encountered during STX lanes, as well as explaining the layout and function of a terrain model. Later in the lab, ML3 Cadets instructed ML1 and ML2 Cadets on operations inside the AA. This includes receipt of the platoon order, creation of a squad-level order, and squad and team-level rehearsals. ML4s oversaw the instruction and ensured the ML3s were engaging all the underclassmen. All Cadets received hands-on instruction and benefited from the classes. In the next FTB lab, ML2s will lead their squads through the movement phase and actions on the objective in Tactics 2B Lab.
