Students from Celina Checura’s bovine in vitro fertilization (IVF) laboratory achieved runner-up honors in the Undergraduate Student Poster Competition at the International Embryo Technology Society (IETS) 50th Anniversary Annual Conference. The event took place in Denver, CO, from January 8-12, 2024.
Participants Logan Thomason, Katie Kirkman, Christian Wilhelm, and Carolina Elgarresta presented their research on “Photobiomodulation of bovine zygotes at 21 hours postfertilization.” Their abstract has been published in Reproduction, Fertility and Development (2024: 36 (2), 197).
