Alumni from both the Department of Environmental Engineering and Earth Sciences and the Glenn Department of Civil Engineering enjoyed an evening of networking and important updates from the founding School director, Jesus M. de la Garza and the SC Ports Authority Vice President of Engineering and Facilities, Walter Lagarenne. The event was held in North Charleston at the Zucker Graduate Education Center at Clemson’s Innovation and Restoration Campus
This event was co-hosted by two Clemson alums, Olivia Flynn, Associate Vice President of Hazen and Sawyer and Mike Horton, Chief Engineer at Davis & Floyd. Walter Lagarenne gave a special presentation on the design and construction of the $550 M Navy Base Intermodal Facility. Thank you Olivia, Mike, and Walter!
