Every December, the Dean invites all CECAS staff and leadership to a festive holiday luncheon to recognize exceptional Staff members within the College. The annual awards luncheon is always well-attended and brings colleagues together from near and far. This year, the luncheon was held in the grand ballroom at the Madren Center. A panel of staff and faculty reviewed a pool of nominees and chose awardees based on their contributions and selfless service that went above and beyond their regular required duties. Each year, the college recognizes its outstanding staff with five awards representing three categories: the Hattie B. Wagener Award, the CECAS Award for Staff Excellence, and the Dean’s Exceptional Staff Award. This year’s recipients include the following:
Technical Winner for the Dean’s Exceptional Staff Award:

Administrative Winners for the Dean’s Exceptional Staff Award:
Kristen Inabinet, Student Services Coordinator, General Engineering
Diane Swope, Accountant/Fiscal Technician II, Materials Science and Engineering
