Dr. Tommy Cousins joined our faculty as Professor of Civil Engineering in January. He received his BSCE in 1978 and MSCE in 1982 from Clemson and chose to come back home after a successful teaching and research career at Virginia Tech. After graduating from Clemson, he completed his PhD at North Carolina State University. Tommy continued to support his alma mater during his professional career through his involvement as an external advisory board member. He brings 30+ years of experience with an emphasis in structural engineering.
