This spring, COVID-19 is bringing a new normal to all of us. Virtually every educational institution, elementary school to university classroom has had to make changes in the way we complete our academic mission. As most of you know, Clemson University is delivering course content online. This decision was made to protect the health of our students, faculty and staff. As we complete the second week of online delivery, I am proud to share that things are going well in the Glenn Department of Civil Engineering. None of our students will lose academic progress, and our seniors will be able to graduate, even though the ceremony will take place at a later date. Our collective flexibility during these very abnormal Teaching/Learning times is an essential ingredient in Clemson’s secret sauce! The Clemson Family joins together in times of uncertainty to support, uplift and reconnect with one another. We’d love to hear from you. In the meantime I wish good health to you and your loved ones.
