Introducing the NEW Weight Watchers BEYOND THE SCALE

Join your colleagues as they participate in Weight Watchers new BEYOND THE SCALE program. Meetings take place at 12:15 p.m. in the 3rd floor conference room of the Life Sciences Building. Weigh-in begins at noon.

Weight Watchers dubs the program as a holistic and personal approach.  The new program moves beyond what you weigh, so you can eat healthier, move more, live happier AND lose weight.
