Barbara Johnson Barker, 85, of Seneca, passed away April 3, 2023.
A Maryland native, Barbara moved with her family to Clemson in 1967. She was hired by Clemson University in 1997 and spent six years with Alumni Relations and the Madren Center before retiring in 2003.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 from 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at Duckett-Robinson Funeral, 108 Cross Creek Road, Central, S.C.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 11 a.m. at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 209 Sloan Street, Clemson, S.C.
Inurnment will be held at Memory Gardens at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of the Foothills, 390 Keowee School Road, Seneca, SC 29672 or the Alzheimer’s Association, 123 W. Atrium Drive, Greenville, SC 29607.
