Otto Olridge Kelley, Jr., 67, of Seneca, passed away March 31, 2023.
A native of Oconee County, Otto was the son of Louise Kelley and the late Otto Olridge Kelley, Sr.
Kelley retired from CCIT as an Information Systems Business Analyst in 2022 after 22 years of service.
