Clemson University mourns the death of Deborah “Deb” O’Connor, Systems Engineer within Clemson Computing and Technology. She passed away on October 17, 2023.
She was hired on January 16, 2007, and was in her 17th year with the University.
“Deb will be greatly missed, personally and professionally. She had an incredible work ethic and would work tirelessly to solve problems,” said Jim Baxter, Director, CCIT Business Systems. “She also brought the team together and always had a story to make us laugh. Over the 12 years I worked with her, she was reliable, friendly, and a great asset to the University.”

Deb O’Connor’s obituary is available online. Visitation will be held Saturday, November 4, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Westville Funeral Home at 6010 White Horse Road in Greenville.
