Dixie Ann Schmittou, of Balsam Grove, N.C., passed away on April 10, 2023.
Born in Ashland City, Tenn., February 2, 1936, Dixie worked for Clemson University as a program coordinator at The Charles H. Houston Center for 18 years before retiring in 2000.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on April 27, 2023, at the M.J. Dolly Veteran’s Cemetery at 140 Inway Drive, Anderson, SC 29621.
