Doris Edna Walters Holdeman, of Central, 87, passed away peacefully Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2019 from complications associated with dementia.
She retired from Clemson University in 2002 after working 15 years in the bioengineering department.
She is survived by daughter, Brenda Holcombe of Central; a son, Robert Jr. (Ginger) of Irmo; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Sr., and daughter, Debbie.
A memorial service was held Dec. 21 at the Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home.
