Ernest B. Rogers Jr., 91, of Orangeburg, died June 13, 2016. Rogers served in the U.S. Army Air Force before he worked as an associate professor of agricultural engineering in the School of Agriculture. He retired in 1978 with 28 years of service.
Rogers is survived by his brother, two daughters, family and friends.
A memorial service was held June 18 at Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel.
