Grey Mazich, student – Sept. 2, 2020

Greyson Cole Mazich, 21, a senior management major from Great Falls, Virginia, died Sept. 2.

“Coming to grips with the death of a student is always difficult,” said Interim Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students L. Christopher Miller. “The Clemson Family extends our warmest condolences to Grey’s family and friends as they make sense of his untimely passing.”

He was an exceptional athlete and while attending Georgetown Preparatory School in Bethesda, Maryland, served as captain of both the varsity football and rugby teams. He had many hobbies, including riflery, hiking, music, cooking and debating politics.
