Jessica A. Bonsack, student – Nov. 7, 2016

Jessica A. Bonsack, 31, of Anderson died Nov. 7, 2016 in an automobile accident. She was a senior psychology major who was on track to graduate next month.

Bonsack served as a technical sergeant in the United States Air Force Reserves and was a member of the 315th Airlift Wing since April, 2013.

“It’s a tragedy when a young life is cut short suddenly,” said Associate Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students L. Christopher Miller. “We are heartbroken at this news.”

In addition to her parents and stepfather, Bonsack is survived by her brother and sister.

A funeral service will be held in the chapel of the McDougald Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, 2016. The family will receive friends on Monday, prior to the service from noon until 1:30 p.m.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to City of Hope Duarte – Comprehensive Cancer Center, 1500 E. Duarte Road, Duarte, CA 91010.
