Lonnie William Swafford, 62, died December 12, 2020, at Prisma Health Baptist Easley Hospital.
Swafford retired from Clemson University as a mechanic. He enjoyed dancing and opened a dance hall in Clemson called “CU Dance.”

A funeral service was held December 18 at Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel. He was buried at Double Springs Methodist Church Cemetery in Mountain Rest.
