R. Lynn Harwell, 87, of Seneca died Nov. 3, 2016. Harwell was a professor of agricultural and applied economics, who retired in 1993 with 18 years of service.
Harwell is survived by his wife, two daughters, friends and family.
Memorial services were held Nov. 6 in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, Central. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the South Carolina Botanical Gardens, Attn: Donations, 150 Discovery Lane, Clemson, SC 29634.
