Roger W. Koonce, 76, died July 7, 2015. He was a program manager and director of marketing and communications, who retired in 2001 after 16 years of service.
He is survived by his wife and family.
Funeral services were held July 11 at the Fort Hill Presbyterian Church in Clemson.
