Thomas J. Oberdan, 68, of Seneca died March 18, 2018. He was an associate professor emeritus in the department of philosophy and religion, who retired in 2017 with 27 years of service.
He is survived by his daughter, family and friends.
A celebration of life will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 21 in the Xeriscape garden at the Clemson University Botanical Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Safe Harbor, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping local victims of domestic violence.
