Tucker Hipps, a 19-year-old student from Piedmont, died Sept. 22. He was a sophomore political science major.
Counseling and Psychological Services is providing grief counseling. Students who want to speak to a counselor should contact CAPS at 864-656-2451.
Visitation for Hipps will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26 at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 28 at Rock Springs Baptist Church, Easley. Burial will follow at Rock Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
