William Barlage Jr., former associate dean of education in the engineering college and faculty member in the chemical engineering department, died Feb. 3, 2017.
He retired in 1995. He was hired in 1958 as one of the first four faculty in that department. He was named department head in 1975.
Funeral services were held Feb. 6, in the Chapel of Alive Wesleyan Church in Central.
