Two ME professors win awards

Clemson University’s largest college honored 10 faculty members for outstanding teaching resarch, teaching, mentorship and collaboration in an Oct. 10 celebration held for the first time on the rooftop venue at the Watt Family Innovation Center.

Those honored by the College of Engineering, Computing and Applied Sciences were: Andrew Neptune, Garrett Pataky, Emily Scribner, Jianhua “Joshua” Tong, Jon Calhoun, Mary Beth Kurz, Bryan Miller, Thomas Sharkey, Huijuan “Jane” Zhao and Brian Booth.

“The faculty members honored today are at the core of our college’s mission to create an exceptional student experience, drive innovation and make a transformative impact across South Carolina and beyond,” said the college’s dean, Anand Gramopadhye. “Their hard work and dedication inspire us all. I extend my deepest congratulations to each of this year’s honorees.”
