Coming the week of May 24 – the Canvas homepage will be updated with an all new, straightforward design that keeps the essential features, but will be simple to navigate. We are working hard to create a portal that will make it easier for students and faculty to access the online teaching and learning resources they need, including accessibility help, canvas help guides, faculty resources, and more.
Visitors to the homepage will find a resource section dedicated to faculty and one dedicated to students, each with tools and information geared toward their particular needs.
Faculty – Links to the Faculty Resource Center, Accessibility portal, FERPA information, Canvas tool integrations, and more. Faculty will also be able to request a sandbox course to experiment within Canvas.
Students – Semester start checklist, online testing tips and support, Accessibility portal, cloud storage information, and more.
The image above is just a sneak peek at the new design. Be sure to check the Clemson Canvas Homepage next week to see all the new changes!
Clemson Online Home – Where Tech and Teaching Meet
A flipped classroom is a teaching design that rearranges the student-teacher relationship in a classroom.
Using Canvas rubrics is a easy way to communicate expectations for assignments throughout the course.
We have created an updated checklist to help make sure your Canvas course is ready to go at the beginning of the term.
