OneDrive integration with Canvas is here to make your life easier!

OneDrive now available in Canvas

Starting today, you can access your Microsoft OneDrive files without ever having to leave your Canvas course. The new OneDrive LTI for Canvas is an efficient, simple way to access your OneDrive storage for creating activities and assignments within Canvas, such as simultaneous file editing and distributing fillable forms. You can access OneDrive files via a Course Navigation link or through the external apps tool in the Canvas Rich Content Editor. For instructions and usage cheat sheets, see the links below:

Have you registered for one of Clemson Online’s exclusive COFFEE faculty development courses yet? If not, there are plenty of great courses running this summer, all designed to support your in online teaching, using Canvas, and other instructional topics. See the schedule below and head to the Tiger Training Calendar to register!

COFFEE Basics – This is a two week asynchronous and interactive course which helps guide instructors who are brand new to Canvas. Extension agents/instructors are especially welcome, but anyone can enroll. (May 3 – 16)

Iced COFFEE – This is a shorter, more intensive version of the standard COFFEE course, designed to be taken during the summer. You’ll learn how to create a Canvas course and get it ready for the fall. (May 17 – June 20)

COFFEE Accessibility – This is a four week asynchronous and interactive course which guides instructors through the processes of making their courses as accessibility-friendly as possible. (July 6 – August 1)

COFFEE First Year – This is an asynchronous and interactive course designed to help brand new instructors, particularly TAs and GAs, develop skills in course creation and classroom management, for both online and face to face courses. (July 12 – August 8)

COFFEE Video and Visual – This course introduces available technology and best practices for creating effective videos and visual artifacts for instructors. (July 12 – August 8)

COFFEE – This is an asynchronous and interactive course delivered through Canvas, intended for instructors who are teaching or plan to teach online and want to learn best practices and skills for developing quality online courses. (September 13 – November 7)
