The InfoEd Compliance modules supporting our IRB, IACUC, and IBC processes will be offline on 02/13/2023 from 5:30PM to no later than 7:30PM for database patching. After the update the Compliance modules will become available again.

Update: Patching has been completed. IRB, IBC, and IACUC modules are functioning normally. – 2/14/2023

The InfoEd Compliance modules supporting our IRB, IACUC, and IBC processes will be offline on 11/1/2022 from 5:30PM to no later than 7:30PM for database patching. After the update the Compliance modules will become available again.

Update: InfoEd database patching is complete. Operations nominal.

Some users are reporting issues accessing or logging in to InfoEd this morning. They may be presented with a “500 – Internal server error”. Clearing browser cache does not help. This issue is being investigated.

Update: The issue should be resolved (2Pm EST).

Some users are reporting issues logging in this morning. They may be presented with a “500 – Internal server error”. This issue is being investigated.

To work around the issue. Wait a few minutes then refresh the page. Many times this helps. Try again later if not.

Update: The InfoEd server was restarted. The issue should be resolved. – 7/11/2022 10:15AM EST

The IACUC, IBC and IRB Compliance modules were briefly unavailable this morning (Error 500 observed). The issue is resolved and the system is functioning normally at this time.
