Greek-Style Beef & Spinach Burgers with Greek Yogurt, Feta, Dill Sauce

A unique twist on an American classic – this burger is flavored with Mediterranean herbs and spices like basil, oregano, and marjoram. Adding frozen spinach boosts the nutritional value of this burger without altering the flavor. On the side, a tangy Greek yogurt, feta, and dill sauce adds a fresh, salty spread that is infinitely healthier than mayonnaise. Nestle this little burger into a mini whole wheat pita pocket and top with spread, some cucumber and tomato for a satisfying lunch that is easy to meal prep, full of protein, and satiating.
