Fresh salad dressings are easy to make. This balsamic vinaigrette is a quick recipe that is perfect for elevating your favorite salad from simple to amazing.

Ingredients
  

  • cup balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 TBSP honey
  • 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp salt kosher
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, oil, honey, Dijon, garlic, salt, and pepper. Combine well, and dress and toss on salad greens.
