- ½ cup olive oil extra virgin
- 2 TBSP honey
- 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp salt kosher
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, oil, honey, Dijon, garlic, salt, and pepper. Combine well, and dress and toss on salad greens.
