Cilantro Lime Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cilantro bunch
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 TBSP lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp salt kosher
  • ¼ cup olive oil extra virgin
  • ½ jalapeno seeds and stem removed, optional

Instructions
 

  • Add the cilantro, yogurt, lime juice, honey, salt, jalapeno, and garlic to a blender. Turn on the blender and slowly stream in the olive oil until fully combined.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning with more honey or a pinch of salt. Pour into a jar and keep in the fridge for up to 1 week.
