Ingredients
- 1 cilantro bunch
- ½ cup Greek yogurt plain
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 TBSP lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp salt kosher
- ¼ cup olive oil extra virgin
- ½ jalapeno seeds and stem removed, optional
Instructions
- Add the cilantro, yogurt, lime juice, honey, salt, jalapeno, and garlic to a blender. Turn on the blender and slowly stream in the olive oil until fully combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with more honey or a pinch of salt. Pour into a jar and keep in the fridge for up to 1 week.
