Ingredients
  

  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper small, diced with seeds removed
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 TBSP olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 peach large, pitted and diced
  • 3 green onion green parts only
  • 1/2 tsp fresh oregano leaves
  • 1 15 oz can of black beans drained and rinsed

Instructions
 

  • Add the lime juice, jalapenos, salt, pepper, peaches, scallion, oregano, olive oil, and beans. Stir until well combined and season to taste.
  • Serve over the top of grilled meat like chicken, pork, or fish. Or simply serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
