The Office of the Provost and the Emeritus College are pleased to announce the selection of Dr. Debra B. Jackson as the next Director of the Emeritus College. Dr. Jackson will officially begin on January 2, 2019.

Dr. Jackson retired from Clemson in January 2017 after a 26 year career which included service as a faculty member, department chair, Acting Dean of the Graduate School, and Vice-Provost for Institutional Effectiveness. Prior to coming to Clemson, Debbie spent 19 years in various roles at Emory University. Please click HERE to read more about Dr. Jackson.
Since retiring from Clemson, Dr. Jackson has remained professionally active as a consultant. She serves on the Emeritus College Advisory Board and chairs the Awards Committee. Please offer her your congratulations and support as she undertakes this leadership role.
