The Office of Faculty ADVANCEment is pleased to announce a new faculty development opportunity for Clemson faculty. Faculty are invited to apply for one of eight spots to attend a program offered by the National Center for Faculty Diversity and Development (NCFDD) during Summer 2025. Faculty can apply to be part of either the ‘Faculty Success Program’ or the ‘Post-Tenure Pathfinders’ programs and the cost for the selected participants will be paid for by the Clemson Office of Faculty ADVANCEment.
The ‘Faculty Success Program’ is an intensive online program that supports non-tenure track, tenure-track, and tenured faculty in developing the skills necessary to increase research and writing productivity while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Participants take part in small-group calls with a coach, weekly training modules, and an online community of peers. The ‘Faculty Success Program’ will run May 19-July 27, 2025. If a faculty member has already completed the ‘Faculty Success Program’ and earned tenure, they apply to participate in the NCFDD ‘Post-Tenure Pathfinders’ program. This program runs May 19-August 10, 2025.
