Congratulations to Dr. Jackie Cha and Dr. Dan Li, both Assistant Professors in Clemson IE, for receiving a National Science Foundation (NSF) funding award for their submission titled “CICI: UCSS: Human-Centered Cybersecurity in Robotic Surgery (HCCRS) – Coordinating the Human and Cyber Infrastructure for Cybersecurity”!
The goal of this research is to design new human-centered algorithms to detect, identify, and mitigate cyberattacks in the robotic surgery cyberinfrastructure. The project spans three years at around $600,000.
