Thursday, Oct. 31, College Avenue will be closed from Keith Street to Highway 93 between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. to support pedestrians participating in the City of Clemson’s annual Halloween Festival.
Avoid parking vehicles within the closed road area because towing will be enforced after 3 p.m.
