Over 650 elementary school students from local schools visited the department today to learn about science and experimentation, specifically with wind tunnels. Teams from ME 4010 built their wind tunnels then gave demonstrations today for the children. They learned about the physics of how the wind tunnels worked, how they were built and how they are used in experimentation.
