Scientific Poster Abstract Preparation
Title and Abstract deadline: June 15th, 2023. Please find submission link here: Abstract Submission
Abstract submission: All presenters must download and use the pre-formatted abstract template. Simply replace the bracketed text with your text. Do NOT alter font size or type. Please save your abstract file as “YourName-abstract.doc” or “YourName-abstract.docx” and submit the abstract electronically using the Abstract Submission button above. Abstracts submitted by email will not be accepted.
We are happy to accept non-competing posters, please go forward with submitting an abstract through the submission form and indicate ‘No’ on entering the poster competition.
Scientific Poster Specifications
Poster set up will start on Sunday, July 16th afternoon. Poster take down deadline is on Wednesday July 19th afternoon. Posters will be available throughout the whole conference.
All posters should be hung in the poster room by 8:00 am Monday July 17th, 2023.
Poster size: 80-90 cm high by 110-120 cm wide.
Posters can be in Horizontal/Landscape or Vertical/Portrait mode.
While not required (and will not be considered in judging) presenters may consider utilizing suggestions for adopting a more audience friendly poster format such as suggested here: How to create a better research poster in less time (#betterposter Generation 1) – YouTube
Please note, competition posters and presenters will need to be physically present to engage with audience and judges at their assigned poster session times.
