Please use Hyatt’s customized web-link (provided below) to make reservation. The same link can be used to modify or cancel reservation by attendees. Reservations for rooms accessible to guests with disabilities may be made in the same manner. Reservations must be made on or before the Cut-Off Date.

After the Cut-Off Date, all rooms within NAPB’s contracted Guest Room Block that have not been reserved will be returned to Hotel’s general inventory. Reservation requests received after the Cut-Off Date will be based on availability at Hotel’s prevailing rates. Name changes on, or other transfers of, room reservations will not be accepted after the Cut-Off Date.

Hotel Rates: 

Applicable taxes and fees are NOT included in these rates.

Cutoff date for NAPB reduced rates is June 26th – as long as supplies last. 

Transportation

Please use the link below to book the Hyatt’s complimentary shuttle service to and from GSP to the hotel. Available to book 7 days prior to arrival. 

Please note that the negotiated group rate is only available while supplies last and for the conference dates. Rates may increase if the conference block sells out on a particular night. Please make your reservation as soon as possible. Room types may not be available at the conference rate on dates prior and post conference. Limited number of rooms are available for Saturday (July 15th) and Thursday (July 20) night to accommodate workshop and post conference tour participants.
