Dr. Lolita Mathew oversees the gene discovery and editing projects for the Vegetable program. Previously, she led the soy and canola yield program. Before joining Pairwise in 2018, she worked for the US Dept. of Agriculture, where she led several projects on developing novel pest management strategies. Lolita has over a decade of multidisciplinary expertise in both plant biology and entomology, focused on developing innovative commercial solution. Lolita holds a PhD in Plant Biology from Arizona State University and a BS in Agriculture sciences from Kerala Agriculture University, India.
